Description
The California Arts Council (CAC) is seeking proposals for a contractor to enhance the technical assistance capacity for arts organizations across the state. This initiative aims to support the evaluation, improvement, and long-term sustainability of panel operations used in grant-making and program administration. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing scalable training resources, improving staff readiness for statewide service delivery, and assessing opportunities to enhance panel engagement, participation, operational effectiveness, and administrative efficiency. The total contract amount is not to exceed $200,000. The contract term is for 12 months, with an anticipated start date as early as the Department of General Services Office of Legal Services approved date. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to monitor the Cal eProcure posting for RFP-25-017 for any changes or updates, which will be announced via addendum.
