Description
The City of Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for Construction Management Services for the Pedestrian Crossing at R Street & 29th/30th Streets Project. The selected consultant will act as the City's Resident Engineer, providing services such as project inspection, materials testing, contract administration, quality control, construction staking, safety, storm water quality, claims mitigation, document control, and construction management. The Resident Engineer must be a licensed Professional Civil Engineer registered in California with expertise in civil engineering construction, Caltrans Local Assistance requirements, and local/regulatory issues. Due to federal funding, the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) policy is currently suspended.
