Description
The City of Renton is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering and consulting firms to prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction bid documents for upcoming overlay projects. The scope of work includes surveying, preliminary and final design, preparation of drawings and specifications, and public outreach services. The selected consultant may also be retained for subsequent phases such as Right-of-Way and Construction Negotiation. Evaluation will be based on the project team, experience, understanding of the project, experience with municipal governments, and the quality of the submitted SOQ. Firms must include their name, phone number, contact information for the Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager, disciplines, and employee numbers in Washington State, along with similar information for any sub-consultants. Submittal Information Forms from WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines must be completed and attached.
