Description
The City of Bellevue Development Services Department is seeking qualifications from consultants to provide on-call structural plan review services. This includes reviewing structural design plans, calculations, and specifications for commercial and multi-family development projects to ensure compliance with adopted building codes, laws, and standards. The City may award multiple agreements from this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), with work being performed on an as-needed basis. The selected consultant will be required to maintain specific insurance coverages and comply with the City of Bellevue's equal opportunity and Title VI requirements.
