Description
The City of Bellevue Development Services Department is seeking qualifications from consultants to provide on-call plan review services for single-family projects. The services include reviewing permit documents to ensure compliance with adopted building and energy codes, laws, and standards. The City may award multiple agreements, and work will be on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum amount of work. Consultants must have experience with municipal entities, strong communication skills, knowledge of construction codes adopted by the City of Bellevue, and the ability to meet deadlines. The contract term is for 5 years.
