Description
The University of Washington, through its Applied Physics Laboratory (APL-UW), is soliciting proposals for the design, fabrication, testing, finishing, and delivery of fourteen (14) structural frames. This includes twelve (12) IBN frames and two (2) TTM frames, suitable for shipboard and land-based operations, including lifting, handling, and deployment onto the seafloor. The frames must be fabricated in strict accordance with the provided drawings and solicitation requirements. The delivery deadline is no later than December 15, 2026, though earlier delivery is acceptable. The scope of work includes procurement of materials, fabrication, assembly, coating/finishing, inspection, testing, documentation, and delivery. Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical Requirements (30%), Past Performance and Experience (30%), Price Proposal (30%), and Project Management and Schedule (10%).
