Description
The City of Gretna is requesting proposals for administration and/or engineering services related to its Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Rebuild Florida Infrastructure Repair Program. This program was awarded by the Florida Department of Commerce. Small businesses, minority businesses, and women's business enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms for subcontracting. Any contracts or subcontracts issued must comply with affirmative steps to ensure the use of minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms when possible, in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321. Contractors or subcontractors declared debarred by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) are prohibited. A list of federally debarred contractors can be found at www.sam.gov.
