Description
The City of Mt. Vernon, Oregon, is soliciting bids for construction of a water supply compliance project. The work includes improvements to the Holmberg Well; a filtration system and new filter building; piping, valves, electrical systems, controls, and site improvements; an eight-inch water main crossing the Beech Creek bridge on Ingle Street; water meter upgrades throughout town; and related improvements specified in the plans and contract documents. Bids must be received at Mt. Vernon City Hall by October 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time. Electronic delivery is not accepted. The stated construction duration is 300 calendar days.
