Description
The City of Warrenton is soliciting bids for the Hammond Marina Pile and Dock Replacement project, funded in part through Oregon State Marine Board Facility Grant No. 1763. The contractor must replace 30 bare, uncoated steel piles using the vibration method, with approximately 60-foot pile lengths and 30 feet of embedment, install bird-deterrent caps, and comply with applicable DSL permit requirements and JPA NWP-2022-176. The work also includes removing and replacing the center launch dock, installing a new aluminum boarding dock system fabricated by Topper Industries, removing and properly disposing of the existing center launch dock, and removing the metal ramp and remaining walkway associated with the old guide dock. Work must be completed during the 2026–2027 in-water work window. Bids require bid security equal to at least 5% of the total bid; the successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond within 10 calendar days after notice of award.
