The City of Corvallis is seeking an on-call contractor to provide inspection and plan review services for its Development Services Division. Proposers must demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and experience with construction practices, architectural principles, and structural, mechanical, fire and life-safety, hazardous materials, and civil engineering practices. Sealed proposals are required and may be submitted by hand delivery or mail. The solicitation advertisement does not identify additional required proposal documents, forms, or attachments beyond the proposal itself.
