Description
Boise State University is establishing a qualified pool of external catering vendors that may be authorized to provide catering services on campus when the University's primary dining provider cannot meet event needs. Qualification does not guarantee a contract, event authorization, minimum volume, or business, and vendors must recertify annually. Applicants must submit a single email containing PDF documentation, including evidence of a licensed food establishment and a recent health inspection in good standing, a certificate of insurance naming the University as an additional insured, a signed Boise State University External Catering Agreement, food-safety credentials for leadership and on-site staff, and a sample menu with transparent pricing and fees. Vendors must also demonstrate operational capacity for fire safety, thermal integrity, dietary accommodations, timely service, and varied event sizes.
