Description
Ada County Sheriff's Office is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf, configurable enterprise Learning Management System for its Training Department. The solution must centralize and manage employee training, academy cohorts and schedules, instructor qualifications, certifications, regulatory compliance, testing, lesson plans, reporting, and agency-issued inventory such as weapons, uniforms, and safety equipment. Required capabilities include role-based security, audit history, employee and training records, recurring assignments, automated expiration and overdue notifications, electronic assessments, calendars, document storage, inventory issue and return tracking, reporting, and integrations with the agency's human resources system, Idaho POST, email services, and documented APIs. The vendor must provide implementation, configuration, data migration, testing, training, documentation, ongoing technical support, maintenance, and service-level commitments. Proposals must address the detailed requirements matrix and provide company qualifications, comparable project experience, at least three references from the past five years, key personnel, implementation approach, pricing, and other requested information. The proposed solution should support secure web-based access, scalability, configurable workflows, and integration with existing systems, including current scheduling processes.
