The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education is requesting qualifications from firms to provide professional architectural and engineering design services for track upgrades at Olympic High School, Sedgefield Middle School, Randolph Middle School, Rocky River High School, and J.M. Alexander Middle School. The solicitation concerns design services rather than construction work itself. Qualifications packages must be received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 15, 2026. Written questions are due to the Procurement Lead by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 8, 2026. The solicitation document is stated to be available beginning August 31, 2026.
