Description
The City of Lake Saint Louis is soliciting sealed bids for improvements at Founders Park, including site work, utility connections, and construction of a CMU-block restroom and concrete basketball court with amenities. The project also includes demolition and expansion of an asphalt parking lot, lighting, concrete medians, and widening of an asphalt road. A bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. The selected contractor must comply with applicable wage-rate requirements, federal labor requirements when applicable, Missouri work-authorization requirements, and Executive Order 11246. Upon contract signing, the contractor and any subcontractor performing the work must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program for on-site employees. Work is expected to begin after contract execution, with completion required by March 2027.
