Description
The City of O'Fallon is soliciting proposals from qualified food suppliers, distributors, or vendors to furnish, deliver, and/or install food concession products for indoor and outdoor facilities. The scope includes frozen foods such as hot dogs, hamburgers, pretzels, and buns; pre-packaged foods such as candy, chips, and popcorn; packaging and serving supplies; and concession equipment including hot dog rollers, pretzel warmers, cheese warmers, dispensing equipment, and refrigeration equipment. Vendors may propose all categories or specialize in selected product lines. The agreement covers calendar years 2027–2029, with two optional one-year renewals and a maximum total term of five years. Deliveries are requested Monday through Friday by 1:00 p.m. The proposal must include product catalog and pricing information, minimum order quantities, delivery fees, shelf-life details, food-handling and safety documentation, logistics and fulfillment information, renewal-period pricing adjustments, promotional offerings, and at least four references for similar services. A signed, notarized Worker Eligibility Verification Affidavit and supporting federal work-authorization documentation are required with the proposal. The selected vendor must provide insurance documentation after award and before issuance of the Notice to Proceed. No addenda have been issued as of September 6, 2026; bidders must check for addenda at least 48 hours before the bid deadline and acknowledge any addenda on the bid form.
