The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality, Chemistry Laboratory Division, is seeking a contractor to move its Chemistry Laboratory from the existing facility at 2635 E. Main Ave. to the new North Dakota State Laboratory. The scope includes moving the items identified in the amended item list and coordinating relocation between the existing and new laboratory facilities. A mandatory onsite visit is required. Amendment 1 changes the bid response deadline to September 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Questions are due by September 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Submissions are not accepted through the procurement portal; bidders must follow the submission instructions in the solicitation documents.
