Description
The Department of the Navy is procuring eight brand-new, fully assembled ConsuLab Disc and Drum Brake Trainers with Faults, model EM-123-4HN02_052746, eight custom-fit vinyl dust covers, model 24779-05, and one DAKTIC “Zoom-Ready” Support Package. The trainers must use real OEM automotive components representing a four-wheel hydraulic brake system, include at least four permanent mechanical faults, four hydraulic pressure gauges, OEM ABS components for visual instruction, a functional parking brake, a heavy-duty wheeled stand, and components suitable for repeated brake inspection, servicing, rebuilding, hydraulic bleeding, and troubleshooting exercises. Student workbooks and instructor curriculum guidelines are also required. All products must be factory new; rebuilt, reconditioned, remanufactured, refurbished, or gray-market items are prohibited. Delivery is required within 12–14 weeks after receipt of order to the Naval Construction Training Center in Port Hueneme, California, with a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty and ongoing technical and curriculum support. The quote must include pricing for all three contract line items, delivery timing, product literature, vendor information including CAGE code and Unique Entity ID, active SAM registration confirmation, and completed FAR 52.212-3 and FAR 52.204-24 representations as applicable.
