Description
The Department of National Defence is soliciting firm unit prices for 26 line items of new spare parts for light support vehicles. The requirement includes map pockets, propeller shafts, side shafts, ball joints, tie-rod ends, safety belts, rotary switches, a compartment heater, brake proportioning valves, brake shoe sets, brake discs, metallic nonskid treads, O-rings, and pressure transmitters. Quantities are specified separately for each destination and item. Offerors must provide the requested part number or an equivalent product and the applicable NSCM/CAGE code. Equivalent products must be supported by the required manufacturer technical documentation and may be subject to sample testing. Prices must be provided for each item and destination on a delivered-duty-paid basis, with applicable taxes shown separately. The goods must be new, properly packaged and marked, and delivered by January 2027. Bids are evaluated using mandatory technical criteria and lowest evaluated price.
