Description
Brazosport Independent School District is soliciting new repair parts for school buses and support vehicles. The listed requirements include air-conditioning motors and compressors, brake pads, calipers, chambers and drums, radiators, gaskets, hoses, belts and tensioners, stop arms, roof hatches, lubricants, alternators, starters, NOx sensors, filters, water pumps, fan clutches, batteries, ABS components, and other related parts. Equivalent products are permitted for many line items, while specified items require new or OEM parts. The solicitation also requests percentage discounts for additional categories of related parts, including batteries, belts, brakes, lighting, cooling systems, filters, gaskets, hoses, exterior and interior components, lubricants, seals, starters, steering, relays, fuses, flashers, switches, transmissions, preventive maintenance items, nuts and caps, and horns and blades. The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. Responses must be submitted through the procurement portal by the stated deadline and include the required signed solicitation document, Form 1295, reference form, applicable pre-employment/pre-service affidavit, and responses to the electronic bid attributes and line items.
