Description
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, Division of Municipal Supply Services, is soliciting bids for the procurement of Meritor replacement parts. The solicitation documents identify the requested goods as manufacturer-specific replacement parts, and a Manufacturer's Certificate requires the manufacturer to certify that it manufactures the commodities and authorizes the bidder as its distributor, unless the bidder is the manufacturer. Responses must be submitted through the PASSPort system by acknowledging receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing the response in the Manage Responses tab. Vendors must complete the applicable questionnaire, document, item, Local Law 34 compliance, and subcontractor/joint-venture sections in the system.
