Description
Jersey City Public Schools seeks a qualified vendor to provide research-based, multisensory structured literacy instructional coaching for K–3 educators and administrators. The scope includes on-site, multi-day coaching cycles; classroom observations and immediate feedback; in-class modeling; collaborative lesson planning; administrator walkthrough support; and virtual or hybrid coaching. Services are intended to build sustainable building-level and classroom practices, strengthen foundational skills instruction and MTSS processes, and improve literacy outcomes. Optional services include implementation support for educators using IMSE Orton-Gillingham Plus or Morphology+ routines, monthly virtual educator and leader sessions, structured literacy coursework, and supervised practicums leading to CERI/IDA-recognized credentials. The solicitation identifies approximately 51 coaching days across 17 locations, requires qualified certified coaches and a designated project lead, and requests evidence of at least three years of relevant public-district experience plus three district references from the past three years.
