Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to support training for prospective disability assessment experts. The consultant will develop training materials, presentations, practical exercises, case studies, and guidance on administering, scoring, analyzing, and interpreting functioning assessment questionnaires for adults, including WHODAS 2.0, and for children. The consultant will also deliver theoretical and practical training using demonstrations, simulated interviews, and case-based exercises. The assignment includes contributing to multidisciplinary practical training, integrating questionnaire results with other disability-assessment findings, facilitating case analysis, and supporting the preparation of comprehensive assessment reports and opinions. The engagement covers 15 consultancy days from October 26, 2026, through December 1, 2026, with deliverables due November 10 and November 27, 2026. The solicitation uses a two-envelope evaluation process, with technical criteria weighted at 70% and financial criteria at 30%.
