Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for brand-name-or-equal services based on the Arbinger Institute’s Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset methodology. The requirement covers enterprise-wide workforce development and organizational transformation, including training, participant workbooks and digital materials, assessments, facilitator resources, implementation support, sustainment tools, and healthcare-specific scenarios addressing accountability, leadership, collaboration, organizational alignment, and reduction of siloed operations. The contractor must provide train-the-trainer certification for Government personnel, facilitator materials and digital resources, technical and web support, software or digital licenses, virtual and/or in-person support, strategic working sessions, and related travel and shipping as needed. The draft statement of work identifies annual quantities of up to 1,500 participant workbooks, 150 leadership handbooks, 30 performance workbooks, five train-the-trainer certifications, three public workshops, two performance trainings, and six strategic working sessions. The stated period of performance is one base year followed by four option years, from January 22, 2027, through January 21, 2032.
