The USDA Forest Service is seeking quotes for FY2026 fall planting at the Coeur d'Alene River Ranger District within the Idaho Panhandle National Forest. The requirement is for forest tree planting and is being solicited as a call against the existing Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) Blanket Purchase Agreement, BPA 12363N23Q4023. Only current LMIR BPA holders may be considered for award. The LMIR BPA supports a broad range of land-management work, but this requirement specifically concerns fall planting and forest-tree-planting activities.
