Description
Spokane Regional Emergency Communications is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified consulting firms with demonstrated experience in public safety communications, regional governance, public-sector finance, and cost-allocation methodologies. The selected consultant will evaluate the organization’s existing user-fee methodology and develop a sustainable, equitable, transparent, and repeatable methodology for allocating costs among participating member agencies. Selection will be based primarily on qualifications, relevant experience, project team, understanding of the assignment, and proposed approach. SREC anticipates negotiating the final scope of work, schedule, and compensation with the preferred firm.
