Description
Deer Park Independent School District is seeking pricing for outsourced plumbing maintenance, repairs, and service for its schools and various district projects. The solicitation is structured as a one-year contract from the award date with four possible additional annual renewals. The solicitation package includes compliance materials addressing felony-conviction notification, lobbying disclosures, conflict of interest, federal grant funds, Texas Education Agency pre-service affidavits for personnel who will have direct student contact, and district prohibitions on certain diversity, equity, and inclusion activities. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that assigned employees and subcontractors comply with applicable district requirements.
