Description
The City seeks qualified firms to provide on-call architectural and related professional services for city facility projects, from planning through construction administration. Work may include renovation or construction design, preliminary studies, public outreach, renderings, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, scopes of work, construction administration, and reports with observations, recommendations, and implementation cost estimates. Services will be requested as needed through task orders, with no minimum amount of work guaranteed. Responding firms must provide architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, landscape architecture, interior design, and sustainability design capabilities, either in-house or through subconsultants. Proposals must include the required proposal forms, related project experience, past-performance surveys, and billing rates. The cost proposal must be submitted separately from the other proposal materials.
