Description
The Boise City Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the Waste and Water Line Replacement project. The work includes replacing waste pipes and vent risers with cast iron, reconnecting plumbing fixtures as needed, replacing kitchen waste piping under sinks, performing fire caulking through penetrations, and completing cleanup after the project. No underground excavation, bathroom pipe replacement, toilet work, or fixture piping replacement is required. The buildings will be temporarily relocated during the work. Bidders must account for labor, materials, time, and all project costs in a bid amount and not-to-exceed ceiling. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon requirements, including prevailing and overtime wages, certified payroll reports, job-site postings, and employee classification records. Bidders must also provide a Byrd Anti-Lobbying Certification and identify sheetrock subcontractors. If asbestos-containing materials are disturbed, the contractor must provide an asbestos mitigation plan.
