Description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is soliciting a contractor to operate and maintain the Bulk Fuel Farm and Satellite Fuel Farm wastewater treatment facilities at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The scope includes daily plant operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, process monitoring, sampling and compliance support under the New York State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit, recordkeeping, emergency response, waste handling and disposal, housekeeping, safety, and staffing of plant operators and a project manager. The contractor must also provide consumables, spare parts, tools, vehicles, spill-response equipment, and required equipment replacements during the first contract year, including air compressors and dryers, filter-feed pumps, and oil-stop tanks. The contract has a four-year base term, with up to one one-year option period and a possible 120-day extension period. Bidders must submit pricing, qualification information, required outreach plans, and completed bid documents through the designated electronic procurement platform.
