Description
Empire AI Consortium, Inc. is seeking a contractor to design, supply, install, integrate, and support an isolated, multi-tenant high-performance computing enclave for regulated and sensitive research data, including protected health information subject to HIPAA requirements. The solution must support 64 GPUs across eight nodes, dedicated compute, frontend, storage, and out-of-band management fabrics, per-tenant storage namespaces and encryption keys, federated identity, multifactor authentication, default-deny network isolation, tamper-evident audit logging, and infrastructure-as-code provisioning and handover. Proposals must assess and price alternatives for storage sourcing, network perimeter, workload orchestration, and GPU allocation; provide architecture and rack designs; complete compliance mappings to NIST 800-234 and HIPAA safeguards; address every mandatory isolation and performance requirement; and include installation, testing, documentation, training, one year of go-live support, and separately priced longer-term support and optional services. The delivered system must meet the stated approximately 100 kW maximum power requirement and be ready for the first regulated workload by January 4, 2027.
