Description
The City of Somers Point is seeking a contractor to provide sewer pump maintenance services from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Proposals must describe the proposer’s experience and reputation, including years in business and at least three references; knowledge of the City and the subject matter; the approximate number of years doing business with the City; the proposed compensation and billing basis; and any other factors that would benefit the City. The City may make multiple awards and may reject or waive irregularities in responses. Selected candidates may be asked to provide a formal presentation to the City Council or an appropriate board or commission. The successful candidate must comply with applicable New Jersey mandatory equal-opportunity requirements and indemnification obligations during contract performance.
