Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks capable vendors for the recurring supply, delivery, and exchange of two full standard industrial-grade nitrogen cylinders and one full ultra-high-purity nitrogen cylinder, each Size 3K/3,000 PSI with approximately 670 cubic feet capacity. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, cylinder-handling equipment, and related documentation; cylinders must be full, serviceable, properly inspected and certified, and accompanied by standard warranties and commercial transportation documentation. Scheduled cylinder exchanges are required every six months, with emergency on-call swap-outs within 48 hours of Government notification. The contractor must unload and transport the cylinders without Government-furnished forklifts or lift equipment. Responses must be a capability statement or executive summary of no more than three pages and include company information, UEI and CAGE numbers, business size and socioeconomic status, applicable contract-vehicle information, technical capability, relevant past performance for up to three projects, and any teaming or subcontracting approach. The anticipated period of performance is October 31, 2026, through December 31, 2028, and the notice states that no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
