Description
The Trinity River Authority of Texas is seeking a one-year supply of instrument-grade analytical gases, bulk industrial gases, and breathing air for environmental and gas-testing operations. Requirements include gases such as compressed air, argon, helium, nitrogen, liquid nitrogen, welding gases, propane, carbon dioxide, and breathing air, with specified purity levels, cylinder sizes, valve outlets, and estimated quantities. Liquid argon may be supplied for ICP-MS use. Pricing must include gas, cylinder rental, delivery, and applicable fees, with separate pricing for same-day and 24-hour emergency delivery. The successful bidder must be a bona fide producer of at least 50% of the gases bid, provide evacuated and properly labeled cylinders, reconcile cylinder inventory monthly, replace contaminated or defective cylinders within 24 hours at no cost, and deliver cylinders within 48 hours of an order. The bidder must upload the completed bid specification and enter all line-item pricing in the procurement system. A Safety Data Sheet is required for each chemical quoted, along with the Texas Resident Bidder Certification, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and applicable Texas statutory certifications and HUB documentation.
