Description
Tennessee Technological University is seeking a contractor to provide as-needed maintenance and repair services for overhead doors throughout the university. The contractor must dispatch qualified personnel to the campus in Cookeville, Tennessee, and provide skilled- and unskilled-labor hourly rates that include travel, tools, equipment, supervision, and related service costs. Materials will be reimbursed at actual cost plus 15%, while approved rental equipment will be reimbursed at cost without markup. The resulting contract will begin upon final signature and remain in effect for five years. Labor rates remain firm for the first year, after which annual increases may be requested with supporting documentation. The contractor must coordinate daily with the university point of contact, obtain advance coordination for work outside regular business hours, and comply with the university’s inspection, invoicing, insurance, and other contract requirements.
