Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) delivery services to four locations operated by the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE). The services are needed on an as-needed basis to maintain LPG tank levels above 20% at Crownpoint Headquarters, Lake Valley Navajo School, Mariano Lake Community School, and Ojo Encino Day School. The contract type will be a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The period of performance is anticipated to be five years, starting June 26, 2026, and ending June 25, 2031, with a base year and four option years. Delivery is required within two days of notification, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Mountain Time, with exceptions for emergencies requiring approval from the Contracting Officer. The contractor must display the company name on vehicles and ensure drivers monitor the tank during transfers. A Navajo Nation Permit will be required for delivery on the Reservation. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).
