Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking non-personal healthcare services for two (2) Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Physicians to support the mission of the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, New Mexico. The services will include outpatient, inpatient, operative, and emergent OB/GYN care. The period of performance includes a base period of 6 months, followed by four 6-month option periods, totaling a potential of 30 months. Key requirements for contractors include: - Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN. - A current, valid, unrestricted license in any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. Territory. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations. - Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary identification badges for facility access. The solicitation is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
