The National Guard Bureau intends to award a fixed-price contract for the renovation of Civil Engineering shops located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. The project requires remodeling the facility to support Target Intelligence and RED HORSE missions, including repairs to the HVAC system, replacement of interior and exterior lighting and controls, installation of a new fire suppression system, and upgrades to flooring, roofing, and building envelope finishes. The scope also includes full depth reconstruction of the driveway and parking area, improvements to drainage ditches, and grading. The contractor will be responsible for all associated documentation and permitting. The contract duration is 545 calendar days from the notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses, with a NAICS Code of 236220 and a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The estimated budget for this project ranges from $10,000,000 to $25,000,000.
