Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area, Shiprock - Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) intends to negotiate a contract with Hill-Rom, Inc. for a comprehensive service package for their existing Hill-Rom Voalte Nurse Call System infrastructure. This is a notice of intent to restrict competition, as only Hill-Rom, Inc. is currently authorized to perform maintenance on this proprietary system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a Small Business Administration size standard of $34.0 million. This notice is not a request for quotations, and no solicitation will be issued with it. Vendors who believe they can provide these services should submit a capability statement via email by 10:00 AM (MDT) on July 1, 2026.
