This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for non-personal healthcare services to provide four (4) Dual Modality CT/X-Ray Technologists to the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) in Chinle, AZ. The services will support the mission of the Indian Health Service (IHS) by providing accessible, safe, high-quality, community-guided public health services. The period of performance includes a three-month base period plus seven three-month option periods, totaling 24 months. The contractor will be responsible for recruiting and retaining qualified technologists who meet specific experience, certification, and licensing requirements. Key personnel must possess at least twelve months of CT/Radiology Technology experience and be certified/registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT and XR. They must also maintain current CPR and BLS certifications. Services will be performed at the CCHCF Radiology Department and potentially other healthcare facilities within the Navajo IHS Area. The contract emphasizes cultural awareness and respectful patient care, particularly for Native patients. This acquisition is set aside for an Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). Vendors are required to submit offers including administrative documents, technical capability evidence, key personnel qualifications, and pricing. The evaluation will be based on Technical Capability of Vendor, Qualification Requirements of Key Personnel, and Price, with non-price factors being significantly more important than cost or price.
