Description
The Air Force requires a digital signage system to update SYD89 monitors simultaneously. This system will enable SYD89 personnel to efficiently notify, direct, and provide welcome messages to VIPs. Additionally, the digital signage will be used to identify senior leadership areas and personnel. The scope of this requirement includes providing digital signage throughout the SYD89 campus buildings. The system is expected to be operational within 30 days of award and will include one digital signage CMS-PA-25 player (control unit) and fourteen digital signage NTB-4K-10-0 multi-zone players (media boxes). A three-year license for the Uniguest Service Pack and MultiOnelanSoCLicense is also required. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Quotes are due by June 24, 2026.
