Description
The Town of Landis is seeking qualifications from a contractor to provide recurring professional janitorial services at Town Hall, Public Works, the Police Department, and the Fire Hut. The scope includes restroom cleaning and sanitization, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, common-area and break-room cleaning, high-touch surface disinfection, and other standard janitorial duties. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies, coordinate facility access and scheduling, and perform periodic deep cleaning in addition to routine services. Routine service frequencies vary by facility, from twice weekly to monthly, with deep cleaning scheduled approximately quarterly or semiannually. Services must avoid disrupting Town operations, and on-site personnel must complete background checks before performing work. Responses must include the specified qualifications, references, firm narrative, certifications, independent-contractor statement, and lobbying certification. Insurance documentation is required from the selected contractor, including workers’ compensation coverage and minimum $1,000,000 coverage naming the Town as an additional insured.
