Description
The City of Hudson is soliciting a contractor to provide recurring cleaning services at City Hall, the Public Works Facility, and the Hudson Public Library. Work includes restroom cleaning and restocking, vacuuming, mopping, trash and recycling removal, disinfecting touch points, cleaning glass doors and windows, dusting, breakroom cleaning, stairwell cleaning, and elevator cleaning. Service schedules vary by facility, with cleaning generally performed during specified morning hours. The City will provide cleaning materials and paper products; the contractor must provide equipment. Proposers must submit monthly pricing for each facility and provide references for similar work. The awarded contractor must be bonded and insured, and employees must pass background checks. The proposal form states a performance period from January 4 through December 31, 2027.
