Description
The Cherokee Nation is soliciting proposals for recurring janitorial services at The Clinic in the Woods and the Cherokee Hills office building in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Services are to be performed three times per week and include routine cleaning, trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, interior glass cleaning, high-touch surface disinfection, restroom cleaning and restocking, kitchen and breakroom cleaning, and lobby/reception-area maintenance. The contractor must provide the required cleaning supplies, equipment, labor, and supervision; the Nation will provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap. The scope also includes security procedures for keys or building codes, staff identification or badging, background-check confirmation, and reporting of needed repairs. Optional pricing may be provided for deep cleaning, floor stripping, waxing or polishing, and upholstery cleaning. Proposals must address the stated personnel and service requirements, include at least three references, and include proof of current Cherokee Nation TERO certification for Indian preference consideration. The anticipated performance period runs through September 30, 2027, with a possible one-year renewal option.
