The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services is soliciting applications from eligible in-state psychiatric hospitals that wish to participate as MassHealth providers of psychiatric hospital services for Rate Year 2027. Applicants must complete and execute the enclosed application and Psychiatric Hospital Contract documents, which establish the participation requirements. The opportunity uses an open-enrollment process. The initial response deadline is September 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with later responses accepted under the process described in Section 6 of the RFA. The materials include the Psychiatric Hospital Request for Applications and an evaluation criteria form.
