Description
The Boston Public Health Commission is establishing a pre-qualified consultant pool for project-specific public health support. The four service tracks are Communications; Research, Evaluation, and Assessment; Strategy and Planning; and Grant Writing. Potential work includes communications strategies and campaigns, culturally responsive materials, program evaluations, quantitative and qualitative research, statistical analysis, surveys and needs assessments, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, and development of grant applications and related proposal components. Selected consultants may be contacted by BPHC programs and bureaus as needs arise; inclusion in the pool does not guarantee funding or work. Applicants may apply to one, two, or all four tracks. Proposals must address organizational qualifications, relevant experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion, track-specific expertise, staffing, pricing, and two professional references. Services are subject to the City of Boston's Living Wage Ordinance, and the pool may remain active for up to five years.
