Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for the Washington Demolition Project, identified as BMP 26-04. The solicitation requires the contractor to initiate work within 15 days of contract execution and complete the work within 45 consecutive calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. Bids must include a bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid amount, in a form permitted by the contract documents. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and nondiscrimination requirements. Bid documents are available electronically or as paid hard copies from the authority; only bid documents received from the authority will be accepted.
