Description
The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education’s GEAR UP Kentucky program is seeking a vendor to provide a software platform for SAT-aligned practice assessments, projected scores, individualized and group remediation, teacher instructional resources, secure student-performance data collection, dashboards, analytics, and exportable reports. The platform must support approximately 2,500 student users across 16 participating middle and high schools, along with school and program staff, and must support required reporting, data security, FERPA compliance, and administrator access. The scope also includes virtual platform orientation and training for school and program staff, in-person professional-development workshops for teachers in each of eight districts, and in-person SAT boot camps for 11th-grade students at eight high schools. The vendor must provide implementation planning, onboarding, technical support, curricula and materials, staffing, travel, and coordination. Responses must address the vendor’s ability to support an alternative ACT assessment if selected by the Kentucky Department of Education. The initial contract term is anticipated to run from December 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, with up to two additional two-year renewal periods.
