Description
Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking a provider to administer secure provincial licensing examinations through in-person and remote delivery. The scope includes candidate identity verification, scheduling, live proctoring, time-limit enforcement, exam and data protection, secure grade communication, technical support, and standardized delivery across modalities. Remote services must support restricted online delivery and appropriate device compatibility, while in-person services must support authorized testing locations. The provider must also supply customer service, booking confirmations, a dedicated service team, and web-based registration, permissions, student-status, analytics, examination-status, and reporting capabilities. Proponents must submit business, technical, reference, and financial submissions, with pricing entered through the electronic tendering portal. The agreement is expected to cover an estimated 60-month period, described elsewhere as a three-year term with two additional one-year extension options.
