Description
The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries is seeking a professional testing agency to administer computer-based electrical and telecommunications certification examinations. The contractor must provide in-person proctors at public testing centers, administer examinations in all 50 states, and maintain at least 12 testing centers in Washington State, with each center open at least eight hours per day, six days per week, excluding federal holidays. The scope includes candidate scheduling and accommodations, secure testing and storage environments, electronic exam delivery, same-day scoring and results, secure data transfer, reporting, examination-version management, candidate and examination data protection, and interfaces for the Department to view schedules and results. The bidder must complete the provided Bidder's Questionnaire, including its professional approach, qualifications, proposed team, cost responses, references, certifications, assurances, and any applicable inclusion-plan documentation. The initial contract term is three years, with six additional years available in three-year extensions at the Department's discretion. The contractor collects examination fees from candidates, and the Department guarantees no volume or usage.
