Description
Kings Valley Academy II is requesting proposals for Category 2 internal-connections cabling materials and installation. The scope includes up to 500 data drops, with individual drop lengths varying by site plan and an average 200-foot drop to be used for bid calculations. The school typically runs two eligible data drops together to one three-port faceplate. Proposals must include per-item pricing for cabling, connectors, components, installation and configuration, shipping and handling, sales tax, and other applicable charges. Bidders must identify each manufacturer's name, model, SKU, warranty information, and E-Rate eligibility percentage, and must separately identify ineligible services and charges. The proposal must include the Form 470 number, the bidder's SPIN, and sample contracts for the requested services. The resulting contract is expected to have a one-year term, with purchases made as needed. Award evaluation will be based primarily on cost, along with compatibility, vendor and E-Rate experience, and proposal completeness.
